AN INCORRECT 3/4 INCH BOLT WAS INSTALLED ON RT/RS 450 SUSPENSION. Remedy: RETROFIT CHASSIS WITH 1 INCH BOLTS.
1988-04-15Recall 88E012002: SEAT BELTS:FRONT:BUCKLE ASSEMBLY
THE BUCKLE ASSEMBLY COULD HAVE A LARGE PAWL TO BASE CLEARANCE WHICH MAY NOT ALLOW THE PROPER ENGAGEMENT OF THE CONNECTOR. Remedy: INSPECT AND REPLACE ALL BUCKLE ASSEMBLIES FOUND WITH IMPROPER CLEARANCE.
