Details
THE HEAT SHIELD, BETWEEN THE MUFFLER AND THE PLYWOOD STORAGE COMPARTMENT, CONTAINS OVERSIZE HOLES WHICH ALLOW HEAT FROM A RUPTURED MUFFLER TO PENETRATE THROUGH TO THE PLYWOOD STORAGE COMPARTMENT. Remedy: INSTALL ADDITIONAL HEAT SHIELDING BETWEEN THE MUFFLER AND THE ORIGINAL MUFFLER SHIELD.
