ON CERTAIN LOW SPEED VEHICLES, THREE BOLTS ON THE BACK OF THE POWER SIGNAL DISTRIBUTION MODULE (PSDM) MAY NOT HAVE BEEN TIGHTENED PROPERLY WHICH COULD CAUSE A TOTAL LOSS OF POWER TO THE VEHICLE. Remedy: DEALERS WILL INSPECT AND REPLACE, AS NECESSARY, THE POWER SIGNAL DISTRIBUTION MODULE. THE RECALL BEGAN ON OCTOBER 3, 2006. OWNERS MAY CONTACT GLOBAL ELECTRIC AT 1-888-871-4367.
