ON CERTAIN MOTOR HOMES, AN INCORRECT SCREW WAS USED TO INSTALL THE BLACK AND WHITE CRT BACK-UP MONITOR IN THE DASH. THE INCORRECT SCREWS ARE 1/4" LONGER THAN SPECIFIED AND MAY CONTACT A PC BOARD INSIDE THE MONITOR WHICH COULD POTENTIALLY HIT A HIGH VOLTAGE CIRCUIT ON THE PC BOARD OF APPROXIMATELY 10,000-13,000 VOLTS. Remedy: DEALERS WILL INSPECT THE BACK-UP MONITOR TO VERIFY THE OPERATION OF THE MONITOR FREE OF CHARGE. IF THE MONITOR IS OPERATING PROPERLY, THE REPAIR WILL CONSIST OF REPLACING THE INCORRECT SCREW WITH THE SPECIFIED SCREW AND TESTING FOR PROPER OPERATION. IF THE MONITOR IS NOT OPERATING PROPERLY ON INITIAL INSPECTION, THE MONITOR WILL BE REPLACED USING THE CORRECT SCREW. THE RECALL BEGAN ON FEBRUARY 9, 2007. OWNERS MAY CONTACT MONACO AT 877-332-9239.
ON CERTAIN MOTOR HOMES EQUIPPED WITH ATWOOD SEALED BURNER RANGES, THE RANGE AND SLIDE-IN BURNER TUBES LEADING FROM THE GAS MANIFOLD TO THE BURNER HEADS HAD A DEPRESSION OR 'KINK' IN THE EXTERIOR BEND RESTRICTING PROPER AIRFLOW AND GAS MIXTURE. Remedy: MONACO IS WORKING WITH ATWOOD TO HAVE THE TUBES REPLACED ON THESE RANGES. THE RECALL BEGAN ON DECEMBER 14, 2007. OWNERS MAY CONTACT ATWOOD AT 1-800-348-7418 OR MONACO AT 1-800-685-6545.

On certain vehicles, cargo carrying capacity value was not listed on the compliance label. The missing data might prevent the operator from knowing the proper loading capacity of the vehicle, possibly leading to an overloading situation, affecting vehicle handling and stability, possibly resulting in a vehicle crash. Correction: Dealers will install an updated label.
On certain vehicles, the middle side marker lights that are non-reflective do not comply with Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 108. Correction: Dealers will install a reflector at the mid-point.
On certain motorhomes equipped with an Atwood cooking appliance , the burner tube leading from the gas manifold to the burner heads has a depression or 'kink' in the exterior bend restricting proper airflow and gas mixture. This could result in carbon monoxide poisoning of vehicle occupants. Correction: Dealers will replace the burner tube.
On certain motorhomes, incorrect screws were used to install the back-up monitor in the dash. These screws are 1/4 inch longer than specified and may contact an electronic board inside the monitor, which could contact a high voltage circuit of approx. 10,000-13,000 volts. If a screw makes contact with the high voltage tracer on the board, with electrical power switched ON, someone touching the screw could receive an electrical shock. Correction: Dealers will inspect the back-up monitor and, if functioning properly, will replace the screws. If the monitor is not operating properly, it will be replaced.
