Issue: On certain motorhomes, the hood mounting brackets may not have been properly attached. As a result, the bracket(s) could loosen and detach from the motorhome while driving. The corrective actions for this recall are under development.
Issue: On certain motorhomes, the front turn signal lights may be too small. As a result, the turn signals could be difficult to see, and the motorhomes may not meet certain requirements of Canadian regulations. Safety Risk: Turn signals that are difficult to see could cause a person not to recognize when a driver intends to turn or change lanes. This could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Winnebago will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your motorhome to a dealership to replace the front turn signal lights.
Issue: Certain motorhomes built on a Freightliner chassis could have a problem with the rear-mounted Power Distribution Module (PDM). This could cause the tail lights not to work properly. Note: This recall replaces FL-856 (Transport Canada recall 2020-323). Motorhomes that were repaired under that recall also require this repair. Safety Risk: Brake lights or turn signals that do not work could cause a following driver not to recognize that a vehicle ahead is braking or intends to turn. This could increase the risk of a crash.
