The friction material of the front brake pads could become detached from the back plate. This will impair the brake performance, increasing the risk of an accident. A wiring harness may be misrouted and can become damaged by coming into contact with the lower lug on the main frame headstock. This can result in an engine stall, increasing the risk of an accident.
