DRV Suites (DRV) is recalling certain 2018-2021 Elite Suites and Mobile Suites fifth wheel trailers. The brake caliper retaining clips may bend or warp while braking, causing the caliper to become unseated. Remedy: Dealers will replace the caliper retaining clips, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed November 11, 2021. Owners may contact DRV customer service at 1-260-562-3500.

Issue: On certain RV trailers, the brake caliper retaining clips may bend or warp when braking. If this happens, the brake calipers can move out of position and cause reduced braking. Safety Risk: Reduced braking can cause increased stopping distances and create the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: DRV Luxury Suites will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your RV trailer to a dealer to replace the brake caliper retaining clips.
