Issue: On certain motorhomes, the bolts that attach the rear axle to the suspension may not have been properly tightened. As a result, the bolts could loosen and allow the rear axle to shift. Safety Risk: A rear axle that is not properly attached could cause a loss of control and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Jayco will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your motorhome to an authorized Shyft Group Inc. repair facility to inspect and tighten the rear suspension fasteners. Any damaged fasteners will be replaced.
Issue: On certain motorhomes equipped with frameless windows, the adhesive that attaches the vented portion of the windows may fail. Corrective Action: Jayco will notify owners by mail and instruct you to bring your motorhome to an authorized dealer or service center to inspect and replace the vent window glass, as required.
Issue: On certain motorhomes, the electronic control center does not have proper circuit protection. As a result, its circuit board could be damaged by high voltage.
