Issue: On certain motorcycles, the front brake pads could separate. This would cause reduced front braking. Safety Risk: Reduced braking could cause extended stopping distances and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Triumph will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your motorcycle to a dealer to replace the front brake pads.
Issue: On certain motorcycles, the gear linkage clamp could contact the Quickshifter Assembly. This could affect a gear change, and could result in a missed gear or false neutral. If this happens, there could be a loss of power to the rear wheel. Safety Risk: A loss of power to the rear wheel could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Triumph will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your motorcycle to a dealer to replace the gear linkage clamp assembly.

A combination of high ambient temperatures, high current loading and excessive lateral tension may cause the wiring between the alternator and the harness connector to form a bridge. As a result, the connector can deform. This can result in a short circuit, increasing the risk of fire, and creating a risk of accident. Production: 23.11.2020 - 04.12.2023. Types: e13*168/2013*01050*, e13*168/2013*01051*, e5*168/2013*00003*, e5*168/2013*00004*, e9*168/2013*11259*, e13*168/2013*01049*, e5*168/2013*00009*, e5*168/2013*00010*, e9*168/2013*11597*, e9*168/2013*11596; e5*168/2013*00011*, e5*168/2013*00012*, e9*168/2013*11595*, e9*168/2013*11594*.
A combination of high ambient temperatures, high current loading and excessive lateral tension may cause the wiring between the alternator and the harness connector to form a bridge. If the connector’s blades form a bridge, a thermal threshold can be reached that exceeds the connector’s capacity and causes the connector to become deformed. This can result in a short circuit, increasing the risk of fire, and creating a risk of accident. Production: 27.04.2020 - 04.12.2023. Types: DB04R; DC04; DC04R; DP04; DP04R; DU04; e13*168/2013*01049*00; e13*168/2013*01050*00; e13*168/2013*01051*00; e9*168/2013*11594*00-*02; e9*168/2013*11595*00-*02; e9*168/2013*11596*00-*02; e9*168/2013*11597*00-*02.
The engine could generate an excessive amount of heat, leading to a reduction in the radiator fan's performance. Reduced cooling efficiency can result in coolant leaking from the vehicle, which increases the risk of an injury. Production: 12.09.2020 - 06.03.2024. Types: e9*168/2013*11690*03.

Due to overheating of the radiator, the electric fan motor may stop. This could result in hot coolant leaking or spraying, creating a risk of injury. Production: 01.09.2020 - 15.01.2023. Types: e9*168/2013*11690*00, e9*168/2013*11690*01, e9*168/2013*11690*02.
Improper thread shape on the rear axle may result in inactivation of the mating bolt thread lock compound. Consequently the brake disc mounting screws may loosen and come into contact with other components of the vehicle, causing the rider to fall. Production: 1.09.2020 - 13.02.2022. Types: PB01; e9*168/2013*11690*00, e9*168/2013*11690*01, e9*168/2013*11690*02.
The friction material of the front brake pads could become detached from the back plate. This will impair the brake performance, increasing the risk of an accident. Production: The affected vehicles were manufactured between 8 November 2016 and 13 July 2020. Types: e5*168/2013*00005, e9*168/2013*11378, e9*168/2013*11261, e5*168/2013*00008.
The gear change lever linkage may become loose from the ball joint. Production: 01/10/2018 to 17/12/2019. Types: e5*168/2013*00013.
The coolant hose between the radiator and expansion tank may have been misrouted and consequently come into contact with the exhaust header pipe, potentially causing damage to the hose. Production: The affected vehicles were manufactured between 21 September 2018 and 04 February 2019.. Types: Type-approval number: e5*168/2013*00013*00.
