The fuel pump impeller's defective molding can cause the impeller to have low density, which can lead to cracking. This can result in the impeller absorbing too much fuel, deforming, and potentially causing the fuel pump to fail. This failure can lead to the engine stalling while driving or failing to start, creating a risk of accidents and injuries to vehicle occupants. Due to improper adjustment of the assembling equipment, some springs were installed in the rear seat belt retractor locking mechanisms in a bent state.
