Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2021-2023 Arcadia travel trailers. The backer board behind the cabinet for the wardrobe may not have been installed during production. Remedy: Dealers will inspect and if necessary, install steel brackets to stop the slide room when opening, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed July 16, 2023. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 23-444.

Issue: On certain RV trailers, the wardrobe slide-out could extend too far if the cabinet front detaches. If this happens, the wardrobe slide-out could detach from the trailer. Safety Risk: A slide-out that detaches from the trailer could create a risk of injury. Corrective Actions: Keystone will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your trailer to a dealership to verify if a backer board was installed behind the cabinet front on the wardrobe slide-out. If it's missing, the dealer will install steel brackets in each corner of the wardrobe slide box. To reduce the safety risk, Keystone recommends that if the wardrobe cabinet front is loose, do not fully extend the slide-out until the recall repairs have been completed.
