Thor Motor Coach (TMC) is recalling certain 2019 Challenger, Palazzo, Tuscany, 2019-2020 Miramar, 2019-2021 Aria, Outlaw, and Venetian recreational vehicles equipped with Hehr 6400 series windows. The adhesive that bonds the vented portion of the window may fail. Remedy: Dealers will inspect the windows, and replace the vent if necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed September 8, 2021. Owners may contact TMC customer service at 1-877-855-2867. TMC's number for this recall is RC000232.

Issue: On certain motorhomes equipped with frameless windows, the adhesive that attaches the vented portion of the windows may fail. If this happens, the glass could separate and fall from the motorhome. Safety Risk: A window that detaches from the motorhome could create a road hazard for others and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Action: Thor Motor Coach will notify owners by mail and instruct you to bring your motorhome to an authorized dealer or service center to inspect and replace the vent window glass, as required.
