Thor Motor Coach (TMC) is recalling certain 2022 ACE, Freedom Traveler, Hurricane, and Windsport motorhomes. The rear ladder may have been installed on the wrong side of the motorhome. Remedy: Dealers will inspect the location of the rear ladder, and reinforce or relocate the ladder as needed, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 24, 2022. Owners may contact TMC customer service at 1-877-855-2867. TMC's number for this recall is RC000255.

Issue: On certain motorhomes, the nuts that attach the rear stabilizer bar bracket(s) could loosen and the attachment bolts and bracket could break. If this happens, the bolts and bracket could detach and separate from the vehicle. Safety Risk: Parts that detach from the motorhome could create a hazard for other road users and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Thor Motor Coach will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your motorhome to a Ford dealership to inspect, and replace or repair the rear stabilizer attachment bolts and brackets as necessary.
