Issue: On certain motorcycles, the left-front brake disc could loosen and detach from the wheel assembly. If this happens, the motorcycle may have reduced braking. Note: A loose brake disc may cause the front brake lever to pulse while braking. Safety Risk: Reduced braking can cause an increased stopping distance and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Triumph will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your motorcycle to a dealership to install a replacement damper between the wheel and the left-front brake disc. The dealer will also replace the brake disc bolts.

A combination of high ambient temperatures, high current loading and excessive lateral tension may cause the wiring between the alternator and the harness connector to form a bridge. As a result, the connector can deform. This can result in a short circuit, increasing the risk of fire, and creating a risk of accident. Production: 23.11.2020 - 04.12.2023. Types: e13*168/2013*01050*, e13*168/2013*01051*, e5*168/2013*00003*, e5*168/2013*00004*, e9*168/2013*11259*, e13*168/2013*01049*, e5*168/2013*00009*, e5*168/2013*00010*, e9*168/2013*11597*, e9*168/2013*11596; e5*168/2013*00011*, e5*168/2013*00012*, e9*168/2013*11595*, e9*168/2013*11594*.
A combination of high ambient temperatures, high current loading and excessive lateral tension may cause the wiring between the alternator and the harness connector to form a bridge. If the connector’s blades form a bridge, a thermal threshold can be reached that exceeds the connector’s capacity and causes the connector to become deformed. This can result in a short circuit, increasing the risk of fire, and creating a risk of accident. Production: 27.04.2020 - 04.12.2023. Types: e13*168/2013*01049*00; e13*168/2013*01050*00; e13*168/2013*01051*00; e9*168/2013*11594*00-*02; e9*168/2013*11595*00-*02; e9*168/2013*11596*00-*02; e9*168/2013*11597*00-*02; DB04R; DC04; DC04R; DP04; DP04R; DU04.
The left-hand brake disc is insufficiently secured, which can lead to its detachment. This can cause reduced braking performance, creating a risk of an accident. Production: 24.05.2022 - 31.01.2023. Types: e13*168/2013*01049*01.
