A manufacturing defect in the steering coupling may lead to loosen mechanical connection between the steering wheel and the steering box, leading to a loss of steering and increasing the risk of an accident. Specific 12V and 48V ground connection bolts may have been secured with incorrect torque, which may lead to the wiring harnesses being not properly secured.
