Grand Design RV, LLC (Grand Design) is recalling certain 2025 Lineage 25FW motorhomes. The battery warming pad was installed incorrectly, which can damage internal wiring and cause an electrical short. Remedy: Dealers will replace the battery warming pad, free of charge. Grand Design RV, LLC (Grand Design) is recalling certain 2025-2026 Lineage recreational trailers, equipped with Lippert Modularia entrance doors. The door latch mechanism may fail. Remedy: Dealers will install a new retainer clip and install a secondary retainer to the tension rod, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed September 12, 2025. Grand Design RV, LLC (Grand Design) is recalling certain 2025-2026 Lineage recreational vehicles. The adhesive securing the solar panels to the roof may fail, allowing the solar panel to detach. The seat base on the driver and front passenger seat may have been improperly tightened, causing the base to become loose. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 207, “Seating Systems.” Remedy: Dealers will inspect and tighten the seat base, as necessary, free of charge.
