During certain driving manoeuvres with the Left-Foot Braking feature engaged, the Integrated Electronic Brake (“IEB”) control software may trigger the depressurization of the Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), resulting in a reduced braking performance. This can lead to longer stopping distances than anticipated by the operator, increasing the risk of accident and injuries. Production: 13.03.2023 - 11.12.2024. Types: e9*2018/858*11054*05.
The charger of the vehicle’s 12-volt battery may malfunction, and switch to the backup mode. Driving in this mode can cause a full loss of driving power, increasing the risk of accidents and injuries. Production: IONIQ 5 (NE): 13.01.2021 - 29.02.2024; IONIQ 6 (CE): 28.09.2022 - 04.03.2024.
