The wheel bolts were not tightened in accordance with the torque specifications. The bolts and the wheel assembly could detach while the vehicle is in motion, increasing the risk of accidents. Production: 17.11.2022 - 04.12.2025. Types: F2CLA, MMCLAE, F2A, R2CW, R2CS, R2EW, R2ES, R2S, R1SLAMG, R2CLECA, F2B, E2EQEW, H1GLE, R2CGLC, E2EQEX; e1*2007/46*1912*23-*24, e1*2018/858*00500*01-*03, e1*2007/46*1829*23, e1*2018/858*00016*11-*13, e1*2018/858*00017*11, e1*2018/858*00213*03-*06, e1*2018/858*00214*01-*03, e1*2007/46*2115*13-*18,; e1*2018/858*00137*06, e1*2018/858*00311*03-*06, e1*2007/46*1909*25-*30, e1*2018/858*00036*06-*08, e1*2007/46*1885*24-*27, e1*2018/858*00186*10-*12, e1*2018/858*00187*04-*07.
The 48V wiring harness is not connected in accordance with specifications. This may lead to a build-up of heat resulting in a fire. Protection against contact is not guaranteed, which increases the risk of electric shock. Production: 17.11.2025 - 19.12.2025. Types: e1*2018/858*00536*00 (MMCLAH).
The screw attachments of the front seats and/or belt buckles are insufficient. This could impair their restraining effect. This increases the risk of accident and injury. Production: 19.03.2025 - 8.09.2025. Types: e1*2018/858*00500*00-*01 (MMCLAE).
The wiring harness near the “D” pillar may be damaged by adjacent components. This can disable the window bag, reducing occupant protection in a crash. The damage may also increase electrical resistance, creating a potential hotspot and a possible fire risk. Production: 18.04.2024 - 06.10.2025. Types: e1*2018/858*00500*00-*01 (MMCLAE).
Defective side curtain airbag fabric may reduce airbag protection and therefore increase the risk of injury. Production: 28.07.2025 to 11.08.2025. Types: e1*2018/858*00500*00-*01 (MMCLAE).
The driver/passenger seat belt buckles may not meet the specifications. As a result, the seat belt may not provide sufficient protection in the event of a frontal impact, increasing the risk of injury. Production: 16.07.2024-22.08.2025. Types: e1*2018/858*00500*00-*01 (MMCLAE).

A washer for the front safety belts may not correspond to specifications and could not withstand the loads. In the event of an accident, the restraining effect could be incomplete, increasing the risk of injuries. Production: 03.06.2025 - 03.07.2025. Types: F2A, F2CLA, F2B; e1*2007/46*1829*24, e1*2007/46*1912*24, e1*2007/46*1909*29.
The length of the brake hoses on the rear axle is incorrect. The rear axle’s brake hoses can come into contact with surrounding components, chafe over time, and leak brake fluid. This can lead to reduced braking performance in one of the two brake circuits and increase the risk of accidents and injuries. Production: 27.02.2024 - 14.03.2024. Types: F2A; F2CLA; e1*2007/46*1829*21; e1*2007/46*1912*21.
A gasket is lacking between the exhaust manifold and the exhaust gas turbocharger. This can lead to hot, unpurified exhaust gas seeping out between the turbocharger and the manifold. This can damage the cylinder head cover and cause an oil leak. If the oil come into contact with hot engine parts, the vehicle can catch fire. Production: 11.05.2024 - 24.05.2024. Types: F2A; F2B; F2CLA; e1*2007/46*1829*22; e1*2007/46*1909*25; e1*2007/46*1912*22.
The pyrofuse casing may move while the vehicle is in motion, potentially damaging cables. As a result, the pyrofuse could fail during an accident or cause the separator piston to dislodge into the driver’s footwell, increasing the risk of injury. Additionally, in plug-in hybrid and electric vehicles, cable damage could lead to high-voltage system failure and loss of power without warning, increasing the risk of an accident. Production: 18.6.2024 - 18.7.2024. Types: F2CLA, F2A, F2B; e1*2007/46*1912*22, e1*2007/46*1829*22, e1*2007/46*1909*25.
